Paulaner Oktoberfest-Märzen
Paulaner Oktoberfest-Märzen: 5.8% abv. It's got to be one of smoothest and easiest drinking brews which actually have flavor in the world, alongside Spaten's Oktoberfest. This Bavarian treasure is available all year round, despite its name. This gorgeous copper ale with a lasting white head is not the most aromatic, but finishes crisp. Best served by a boobiferous German maid hoisting multiple 1L beer steins of the frothy brew.

Triple Horse - River Horse Brewing Co.
Triple Horse - 10% abv. Belgium Style Tripel. This beer goes far beyond supporting your local brewery, located in Lambertville, NJ. This is a real Jersey beer: Bold, obnoxious, and it will get you there quickly. I love it. WARNING: This isn't your grandpa's beer. If you're not used to drinking strong Belgium style brews, be careful. If you have three of them in one sitting on an empty stomach, it will hurt you (duh). If you don't like it, try something else; perhaps a Coors Light.

Spaten Oktoberfestbier Ur-Märzen
World's first Oktoberfest beer (and my personal favorite of it's kind). 5.9% abv. Thanks at least in part to the Bavarian Purity Law of 1516, this brew tastes impeccably clean, smooth, and easy to drink. I recommend the 50 liter keg over 12 oz. bottles. It goes down that easy.
This beer is a little picky. Make sure you have a very clean glass or it will affect the head. I wish they switched to a brown bottle to avoid more sun exposure.

Double Take Amber Ale
Double Take Amber Ale. 5.1 % abv. Your basic amber ale. More abundant in truck stops and Safeway's of the midwest and western US. For lack of an alternative, it has flavor. Worth a double take? Not really. You'll be bored before finishing the first, let alone the rest of the 6 pack. At least it's cheaper than most bottled water.

Fat Tire - Amber Ale
Fat Tire - New Belgium Brewing Co. 5.2% abv. Immensely popular Amber Ale which combines a relatively simple recipe into success by hitting a perfect flavor ground zero, which people enjoy. It's well balanced (not as a meal), but among flavor attributes. Not one single flavor stands out, but the combination of the whole, which is a winner of the masses.
